A Certified General Appraiser is sought to join our team to work on commercial assignments.  Annual earnings potential is $100,000-$120,000. We are an established Tucson, Arizona based appraisal and consulting firm in business for over 40 years. Our business requires us to expand our staff. Job Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and evaluate.
• Write narrative reports for clients based on an analysis of the property.
• Confirm details of a sale transaction. 
• Provide a market value opinion.  
  
• Some assignments require travel to other Arizona locations. 
  
• Job skill require a Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license.
• Medical insurance provided for full time employees.
• Part time okay for an experience appraiser, and some remote work is okay.

US Department of Agriculture Review Appraiser

The USDA has an opening for a Review Appraiser.  The position may be remote or at a Forst Service office within the geographic boundaries of Region 3, (Arizona and New Mexico).  This position will require land ownerhip adjustments for purchases, land exchange, and conveyances, as well as special uses, Forest Legacy, and other agency functions.
