Job Title: Residential Valuation Associate
Position Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Monday-Friday)
R.O.I. Properties is an award-winning (Business Journal and Arizona Republic “Top 10,” and Republic Media’s “Who’s Who”), team-oriented, Phoenix-based, full-service Commercial and Residential Real Estate Brokerage firm. Since its formation in 2003, R.O.I. has been involved in the acquisition, lease, and sale of over 5,000 properties.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Residential Valuation Associate to join our team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with growth potential in one of Arizona's top real estate firms. As a key member of our residential team, you will evaluate residential real estate assets, conduct market analyses, and provide actionable insights to support client decisions and brokerage operations.
The ideal candidate is an organized team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, can work both independently and collaboratively, and brings efficiency and creativity to the role. They must be adaptable, resourceful, and capable of learning quickly through observation,
written instruction, and self-direction.
Starting Salary: $50,000+, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Research and analyze market data using platforms such as ARMLS,and Monsoon
Gather information, including adjacent property owners, environmental, zoning, planning,
and entitlement information
Inspect, photograph and analyze properties
Provide a market value opinion
Some assignments require travel to other Arizona locations. Monitor changes in residential market trends, including shifts in pricing, demand, and
economic factors.
Update and maintain financial modeling files in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and
consistency across platforms. Install and remove lockboxes
Property Checks
Additional Administrative and Analytical Assistance as needed.
Write narrative reports for clients based on analysis of the property. Confirm details of a sale transactions

The USDA has an opening for a Review Appraiser. The position may be remote or at a Forst Service office within the geographic boundaries of Region 3, (Arizona and New Mexico).
